Taking Your Measurements

Ensure your tape measure is flat against your body and snug but not tight.

• BUST – Measure across the fullest part of your chest with the tape measure level and firm.
• WAIST – Use the tape measure to circle your natural waistline, the smallest part of your waist.
• HIPS – With your feet together, take the hip measurement around the fullest part of your hips.
